Situated in a wonderfully elevated position our beautiful Georgian residence awaits. With south-westerly views that reach over the little town of Bideford and out to Lundy Island and Hartland Point. It sits in pretty, mature gardens and grounds of 7 acres and is surrounded by gloriously tranquil landscapes. On clear nights the stars twinkle brightly and the breeze gently whispers through the old p

ine trees. You can hear the call of the owl late in the evening and watch the kestrel hunting by day. Sheep often graze peacefully in the adjoining fields and there are walks galore through the little hamlet of Eastleigh and its country lanes. Mornings bring an inviting breakfast with freshly prepared, locally sourced foods and free range eggs from the family farm in Hartland. We will be happy to cater for special dietary needs, just let us know. We have suggestions aplenty to suit most and on glorious summer evenings the sunset can be enjoyed from our hill. We feel blessed to live here and look forward very much to sharing it with you.

Due to a cancellation, we have The Linhay unexpectedly free for a week from Sunday 3rd June until Friday 8th June.
This sweet one-bed cottage sleeps 2 persons and has a Lounge kitchenette and modern en-suite bedroom. It opens onto a pretty courtyard and has access to shared gardens and walks over our 7-acre property. We have a lovely pub in the next village which is a 40-minute walk and serves great food.
The Linhay has room for one dog too.

We are getting busier and buzzier. Have a full house on Saturday and Sunday this week. Sure hope the sun shines .for everyone on their holidays.

The Pines at Eastleigh is our home and we welcome guests for bed and breakfast and self catering holidays. We have a beautiful Georgian house with four duuble Bedrooms and 3 cottages. All have been recently updated and have new bathrooms with lovely comfy beds and powerful showers.The house sits in 7 acres of land and has beautiful views over Bideford and out to Lundy Island and Hartland Point.
