50% deposit required on booking and remaining balance to be paid 5 weeks before the holiday starts. If you book a month before the start date all monies are payable. If you cancel your holiday you loose your deposit - (if i am able to resell your holiday i will refund 50% of your deposit as a goodwill gesture, the other 50% is for my time to find an alternative customer)
You are advised to get your own travel insurance then if you have to cancel due to illness etc you should be able to get the money refunded through your insurance.
