“When I heard about an opportunity to gain new culinary skills and experience at Stratton House, I was elated. As a chef, I am always striving to learn more and challenge myself.

I love coming to work every day because of the creative environment at Stratton House and the great attitude everyone brings to each shift. I have never worked at a restaurant with such a great management style.”

His favorite menu item? ”The Pulled Beef Lasagne! I love the homemade pasta, the crispy lasagne top, the rich pulled beef Ragu, Its simplicity at its finest”
