If you’ve been staring at the same page for twenty minutes, this is your sign to walk away. Taking a break isn’t “wasting time” - it’s actually a biological necessity for your brain. 🧠

Here is why your body needs the reset:

Memory Magic: Your brain actually processes and stores info while you rest. No break = no storage. 📥

Decision Fatigue: Ever start making “stupid” mistakes? That’s your prefrontal cortex running out of fuel. ⛽️

Eye Relief: Give your eyes a break from the blue light to prevent those “end-of-day” headaches. 👁️

The “Aha!” Moment: Creative breakthroughs happen in diffuse mode (when you’re walking/showering), not when you’re staring at a screen. 💡
