You Fit Birmingham You Fit Birmingham is in a fantastic location just off JCT7 of the M6 motorway. Our aim is to get results.

Whether you’re looking to train for a sport or simply just relax and unwind after work, then You Fit Birmingham have what you are looking for! Our members have free access to our lifestyle assessments and reassessments with fully qualified instructors. This allows us to achieve better results as more guidance and tuning of their programmes can be given. The objectives are set by the member we then measure, give advice and instruction. The reassessing is the important part; it can be very motivational for the member and instructor alike. With a nice and very hot Summer now behind us, don't let the colder days put you off continuing to achieve your swimming goals.. 🏊

We've loved seeing you all cooling off and enjoying all the many benefits, both physical and mental of our Swimming pool.. 🤩
We would like to take a moment to remind all of our members and guests about the benefits of showering before swimming and using all of our wet facilities, and thank you in advance for your co-operation..

Dear Members

After having remedial works today on our swimming pool, we are please to say the swimming pool is back OPEN,

We have had the necessary works carried out on our swimming pool, however there are still some further investigations that need to take place before the matter can be fully resolved

We are working behind the scenes to get everything resolved asap, we understand how important it is to have pool back to normal and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the remaining issues, we will keep you updated as soon as we have further information

Dear members

We have been working closely with our contractors over the past week to get the swimming pool up & running ASAP

As it stands the work required for the swimming pool will take place on Wednesday 23rd September

As long as the work required goes to plan, and all other aspects are okay to make the swimming pool operational

We are hoping we can re-open the swimming pool on Thursday 24th September at 630am
