Is it possible to be totally hands off in property? Heres my take as a property manager
If you don't want to hear about your property unless in an absolute state of emergency, then you 100% need a property manager. We will be your eyes and ears on the ground and organise the day to day runnings and making your assets make money.
Pros to having a property manager
-No contact with tenants or guests
-No late night phone calls
-Maximised rental income
-Managed maintenance
-Compliance managed by us
-Profit sent to you each month
Cons
-Fee per month for management services
-Expect that if you arent doing any of the work yourselves, there are costs to others doing it for you
Whichever route you choose. Remember, you are still the owner and have responsibilities/liabilities that will mean you are never totally 100% hands off in any property transaction.
