🌿 It's hard to believe that the school holidays are nearly over! 🎒🍦

We'd like to say a huge thank you to all the parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents & friends who brought your families to the park during the school holidays. We’ve loved welcoming you & getting to know you!

We’ve enjoyed watching you make memories together — from splashing & playing in the river, exploring the park & enjoying those precious family moments, to helping you choose your favourite ice-cream flavour in reception!🍦💦🌳

It’s been wonderful seeing the park filled with laughter, happy faces & families enjoying time together.

🍕 Pizza Night at the Park Tonight! 🍕

Despite a little drizzle lingering around, we’re still looking forward to a lovely evening together!
The wonderful team @ 2 Shires Woodfired Pizzas are coming to the park, bringing plenty of delicious, yummy pizzas & will be serving from 5pm 😋🍕

And the best part? No cooking tonight! 🙌

We have an undercover area where you can stay nice & dry & enjoy some freshly cooked pizza.

So grab your family, friends & appetite, leave the cooking to someone else, & come join us! 🍕❤️

The weather might be a little damp, but that’s certainly not stopping the burgers! 🔥😋

Join us from 5pm this evening for a delicious burger from Paula's GRUB STOP, great company & plenty of holiday vibes. 🏕️❤️

If the rain decides to make an appearance, our communal undercover area is the perfect place to sit back, tuck in & enjoy your food while keeping dry.

Rain or shine, nothing beats a great burger! 🍔🙌

If you're expecting rain during your camping trip there's still plenty of ways to embrace the elements and make the most of your stay at The Green Caravan Park | Onny Valley

Pack those waterproofs, dust off the board games and get out in that wet weather to explore our local attractions - perhaps even drying off with a warm fireside in the nearby pub.

🔥 IMPORTANT NOTICE 🔥

We’re receiving many phone calls & having visitors arrive with wood expecting to be able to light a fire during their stay.

Due to the extreme dry conditions, fire pits, wood-fired or charcoal BBQs are currently NOT permitted anywhere on the park. Gas BBQ's are however allowed if positioned off the ground.

We understand that sitting around a fire is part of the camping experience, but these restrictions are in place to help keep our guests, the park & our wider community safe.

With our firefighters already stretched, we ask everyone to please do their part to reduce the risk of preventable fires & avoid placing any additional pressure on our emergency services. 🚒
