Friars is a working arable farm that has been home to the Hockley Family for five generations.

The ivy clad 19th Century Farmhouse is situated on a quiet country lane just outside the village of Hatfield Heath.

The accomodation consists of two rooms:

The Rose Room - Double room with ensuite facilities.

The Lavender Room - Twin room with ensuite facilities.

The Bed and Breakfast has been awarded the Silver Award for excellence. 📷There is a private sitting room with an open log fire in winter for all visitors to use.

We are close to the towns of Harlow, Chelmsford and Bishops Stortford, with easy access to the M11/M25 motorways, in both directions.

There are plenty of footpaths nearby, including the Essex Way. Walkers and Cyclists are very welcome to stay with us.
