✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
✔ Previous hospitality or reception experience is beneficial but not essential
✔Experience in Resylnx PMS preferred but not essential
