ROYAL HONOUR FOR MOOKY THE CLOWN

We have some absolutely massive news to share! Laci Endresz, best known to millions as the legendary Mooky the Clown, has been awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) in the King’s Birthday Honours for services to entertainment.

For 27 years straight, Laci has been the face of the Tower Circus. He headlines over 350 shows a year and hasn't missed a single one🎪

On top of performing, he writes and directs the entire production and even builds the props behind the scenes.

Laci said: "Over the last three decades, I’ve had the honour of entertaining millions of visitors to The Blackpool Tower Circus. It isn’t a job to me; it is my passion and calling in life."

So many of us have grown up watching him perform and it’s wonderful to see his hard work and dedication officially recognised.

Massive congratulations, Laci! Thank you for keeping Blackpool laughing for all these years ❤️

CHRISTMAS BY THE SEA – LAUNCH DETAILS

Professional dancers from Strictly Come Dancing will officially open this year’s Christmas By The Sea village on Friday 21 November – the eve of the much-anticipated return of Strictly to the world-famous Tower Ballroom.

The opening event will also feature musical theatre and festive medleys from Scream Theatre School, plus a special performance by family favourites Mooky and Mr Boo.
