Reviews.. since taking on a hotel reviews have been a massive part of what we do.. we love reading comments and finding ways to improve however leaving a bad review because you couldn’t read the description or had to be told to keep the noise down at 2am in my mind is just madness! Most people love their stay with us but there are a few here’s some examples..

1* no lift - we don’t advertise a lift all rooms are advertised with a floor and how many stairs to said room.

1* no breakfast - we have never advertised breakfast all rooms clearly state room only.

2* arrived at 1pm nobody there - no check in is from 3pm I do not wish to live onsite for 24 hours a day however if you messaged me I would be happy to wait or arrange for your bags to be stored.

1* no one serviced my room - rooms haven’t been serviced since Covid and is actually against the law and written on the poster in your room I asked you to read.

1* room filthy and not hoovered - you stayed the full 3 nights of your stay asked multiple times ‘everything ok’ surely if it was that bad you would have said no and not stayed the full 3 nights.

1* woken up to someone in my room - yes our check out is 12pm (the latest around) at 1:30pm we will knock and if there’s no answer we will enter the room as someone else is due to check in at 3pm.

1* lots of noise from outside - I do apologise the noise outside I will make sure next time you visit I stand outside making sure the whole world is quiet for your stay.

2* woken up by seagulls - 🤷‍♂️ it’s bloody Blackpool need I say more.

Remember be nice to your host yes we are here to make sure you enjoy your stay however we are not here serve you 24/7 its not my fault you’ve got drunk and can’t get your key in the door at 2am and I’m in bed! Anyways have a good weekend fellow hoteliers and guests please be nice!
