There’s a little extra sparkle coming to Blackpool this weekend 🎆✨

The World Fireworks Championship gets underway on Saturday, with Wales opening this year’s competition, followed by South Africa and Germany over the coming weeks.

Each team is a former Blackpool champion, so we should be in for three brilliant displays along the seafront.

🏆 Wales - Saturday 12 September, 8.15pm
🏆 South Africa - Saturday 26 September, 7.45pm
🏆 Germany - Saturday 10 October, 7.30pm

With the Illuminations shining too, it’s a lovely excuse to spend an evening out on the Promenade.
