Behind the Scene's @ The Ruskin 💜

Our first stop is the department that no one ever see's but one that everyone enjoys what is produced from them.. it's our Kitchen!! 👨‍🍳‍🍳

Wednesday night's dinner service saw a Smoked Duck Breast Salad and Wild Mushroom Bruschetta for starters then Chef's Beef Lasagne, Peri-Peri marinated Chicken Breast with sweet potato puree and a coconut & coriander sauce and our Fish of the Day was Pan Fried Seabass fillet with a ceamy white w**e sauce and asparagus for our main course 😍🍽️🤤

As always we have a fully stocked fridge for dessert, if you have room, plus we always have a hot dessert option too.

Is it time for another quick trip away to be waited on for a few nights??

Stanley Park turns 100!! ❤️

The celebration finished with a Drone Show from Celestial, who performed on last years Britain's Got Talent and what a show they put on with the highlights of what Blackpool has to offer and more..

Friends of Stanley Park - Blackpool congratulations on a fantastic day of events 👏👏

If you haven’t visited it before, then you really should, it is a beautiful park with crazy golf, a huge kids park, a boating lake, cafe, skate park and Blackpool Model Village & Gardens - perfect for those quiet days out and only 10 minutes drive or a 30 minute walk away. Plus Blackpool Zoo is right across the road too!

We’ll be back next Saturday with the final of the World Fireworks Championships 💜

It is the 20th Anniversary of the Togetherness Northern Soul Weekender at The Blackpool Tower in November 💜🥳💜
