Please read the information below

**ALL bookings require a £100 refundable damage, cancellation and security deposit to be paid at time of booking. this secures your date. This is also Not refunded for any cancellations from yourselves or us if the cancellation is due to non payment, or if you are asked to leave the caravan by ourselves or haven or the police.

**PASSES are not included in the prices ( these can be purchase at havens reception if available)

**BED LINENS ( ie covers and sheets) are not included in the price but can be hired for £30 per caravan

**NO smoking or vapping

**NO under 21yrs can book through our selves

** NO same s*x groups ( ie hen or stage parties )

** Due to Haven rules changing we will be asking for more information from yourselves so we can register you to access the park at an allocated time, you can arrive after this time but not before it.

**Guests are asked to strip beds leaving the linens inside the pillow cases by the cooker and remove all waste bin rubbish to the bin bays around the park.
