I feel you should never put your last amount of money into a property deal!

I never advise any of our investors to put all their money into a deal. With every property investment there is always the chance for something to go wrong or a quote for building work missed something. You should always have a safety net when investing, however, I also see many deals come in as expected or sometimes even under!

A: No. You don't HAVE to have a limited company to purchase property but it may benefit you.

A good property in a good area, with the wrong team can quickly go bad!

I am always asked about investing in property and why i set up Fabrik Property Group. The main reason is investing in a property is only half of the job, most property strategies involve a lot of work after the investment and ongoing management. This is where Fabrik are different and don't just source the deal, we also have a full team to manage the property.

If you were to invest in property, do you have a plan in place for the ongoing management?
