Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable stay, reflecting the high standards of our establishment. Previous experience in hotel or janitorial settings is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all linens are cleaned and presented to the highest standard.
Uphold health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items when necessary.
