We would like to make all our guests aware of a scam currently circulating involving fraudulent messages and emails claiming to be connected to hotel bookings.

If you receive any communication from Voll Solutions or any other third-party organisation claiming that you need to make an additional payment for your booking, particularly through a WhatsApp message or a payment link, PLEASE IGNORE IT. THIS IS A SCAM.

⚠️ Please be aware of the following:

Voll Solutions is in no way connected to Bluewaters Hotel or our hotel booking systems.
We would never ask you to make payments through suspicious WhatsApp messages or unverified payment links.
DO NOT click on any links, make any payments, or share personal, banking or booking information with these individuals.
If you have made a booking through Booking.com or another online travel agent, your booking remains active and valid. These scammers have no access to our hotel booking systems and cannot cancel or affect your reservation.
If you are unsure about any communication you receive regarding your booking, please contact Bluewaters Hotel directly using our official contact details.
We take the security and safety of our guests very seriously and want to ensure that nobody falls victim to these fraudulent attempts.
