🎂Portmeirion turns 100!🎂
Just a 20 minute drive from the Isallt is Portmeirion. A unique, colourful, quirky and beautiful tourist destination where the Italian Riviera meets the Welsh coastline that you need to see to believe.
Designed and built by Sir Clough William-Ellis, Portmeirion villiage sits on a private peninsula and truly has something for everyone.
Amazing architecture, costal walks, 70 acres of woodland, a Japanese garden, a lighthouse, shops, multiple restaurants, a spa, and so much more! All set within the beautiful Welsh landscape. It was even the filming location for the popular 60s TV show 'The Prisioner'.
Not only is it a great and interesting day out, they also have a whole calendar of events throughout the year including:
24-26 April - Six of one Prisioner convention
