Ardormie Farm Cottage Situated on a working farm in an elevated position above the Vale of Strathmore, Ardormie Farm Cotta The cottage has an open plan sitting and dining room.

Warm and comfortable with central heating throughout, it is complete with Freeview TV and DVD player and also an ipod docking station and CD/radio. The cottage has free WiFi access to the internet. The kitchen is well equipped for those wishing to exercise their culinary skills and includes a microwave oven. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and there is also a washer drier. The bedroom

has a large and comfortable double bed with ample space and an amazing view. An energy efficient biomass boiler has been installed at Ardormie and the cottage benefits from easily controlled central heating. The boiler which is fuelled by wood pellets also heats a drying room in the steading where guests are welcome to dry laundry on the large pulley and any outdoor walking or cycling kit. Outside, the cottage has its own terrace with garden furniture and access into the garden. There is ample private parking space just outside and a secure shed where bicycles etc. could be stored.
