I know it is only just September, but I am putting finishing touches to this year's Xmas menu to post after the weekend.
I am already taking reservations for group bookings for Christmas lunches in December, so don't leave it too late.

Just to let all my lovely cusomers know that we have changed our 'closed days' this week to Wednesday and Thursday for family commitments and will reopen on Friday as normal. We look forward to seeing you then.

To my lovely customers, unfortunately I will be closed for the rest of this week, as I have tendon damage from my shoulder and need to rest the arm. I am hoping that I should be able to make sandwiches and light lunches by the weekend and fully operational next week. I will keep you posted. Do you have a special celebration coming up? I have catered for several lovely birthdays and baby showers etc during all this wonderful sunshine.

I am offering 'pop-up' teas, which can be delivered for you to enjoy at home in the garden with friends or family. I( can also supply vintage china for the occasion.)
You provide the table and chairs - I will bring the rest.

Alternatively, come and enjoy a lunch or a glass of Pimms or Prosecco with sandwiches, cake and scones in the tearoom or garden. Please call to book (as I get very busy) 01258 861167.

After a few weeks of tempestuous weather and with a huge thanks to all my lovely customers who either battled the elements or were blown off course to come to The Willows during that time, I hope you are now able to enjoy this wonderful sunshine. If you want to get out of the heat, our lovely traditional tearoom is always a great place to stay cool in summer. This is the beauty of a 300 year old cottage with thick stone walls.
We are offering breakfasts, a light lunch menu, quiches, jacket potatoes and great salads, cream teas & cakes. Perhaps order one of our afternoon tea boxes or a picnic hamper to enjoy by the river or at your favourite picnic spot.

My apologies for not posting for a while but April has flown by with lots of special occasions I have catered for at The Willows and elsewhere - A Diamond Anniversary Buffet Supper and Diamond Anniversary Sparkling Afternoon Tea for a wonderful couple and their friends and family staying here as B&B guests - A significant Birthday Tea Party - A celebration of life for a lovely lady and a Wake at The Portman Hall for a dear friend and neighbour. who will be sadly missed. Then of course lots of fun at our regular monthly group lunches here....As always, I am humbled by all the local support and look forward to hosting more special occasions. I am always pleased to provide a tailor made service for my customers and welcome callers in for a breakfast, lunch or tea or just a refreshing cuppa. Watch out for a new lunch menu with fresh homemade pasta dishes added. All dietary requirements catered for.
