Thanks to everyone who booked and visited this year. Autumn is now definitely here today - a bit wild. Good day to think about holidays for next year. We have now put up the calendar for next year and are taking bookings.

Coming to the end of the season and it's been great to be busy again. Thank you for visiting. Autumn colours are currently amazing and our katsura tree in the garden is superb (and smelling of candy floss!). Some vacancies remaining this year but not many.

Summer definitely arrived now and the hills are looking fantastic. We didn't really have a spring. Went straight from winter to summer. Still a few weeks available in our summer.

Getting ready for opening up at the end of April. Just installed a new solid wood floor in the Old Stable for example.
Bookings coming in at quite a pace now but still some spaces.

It's been a harsh winter but the snow now gone from the garden. The trails in the lawn are from voles when the grass was covered with snow for two months. We have now installed an owl box to complement the owl diet we provide! There's regular sightings of both barn and tawny owls in and around the garden.

The weather in Autumn can still be stunning. This was yesterday in the Cairngorms. We have availability for the Old Stable from the 3rd October for weekly rentals.
