Happy Easter all.
Prince Park Farm is freshly stocked with beautiful pork that we just got back yesterday so come get it whilst stocks last.
Very happy with the results. These pigs are slow grown and you can tell the difference in the look and taste instantly due to the deeper colour and flavour . Berkshire pigs are renowned for their superior flavour and a top choice but chefs globally.
Before you ask (Tim and Rob in particular 🤣) bacon will be ready in 10 days once dry cured.
We have:
- Traditional Sausages in natural casings (packs of 6)
- Rolled Spare Ribs. This makes a stunning slow roast as perfect amount of fat throughout the meat to keep it juicy
- Pork Belly
