Emma Place in Bodmin is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Both the north and south coasts are within 20 minutes and even Lands End and Lizard Point can be reached easily as the A30 is so accessible.

We may have had a touch of the wet stuff today but hopefully it won't dampen the spirits of our new guests at Emma Place this week. Anyway, if the sun doesn't shine there's even more reason to put the kettle on & slather the freshly baked scones with jam & clotted cream 😉
