You can't beat a great afternoon at a Haywood Farm Cider event nearby in St Mabyn. We were lucky enough to catch this Sundays which we loved.

If you are staying, check out the line up and pop along if you can.
Local and family run, our guests often enjoy Haywood's Apple Juice provided as our welcome arrival gift.

Lucky to catch a show at The Minack Theatre.

Its worth making the most of the daytrip.
We like to stop off perhaps for a walk at Wheal Coates or stop for a swim and lunch at Godolphin ovetlooking or visiting St Michaels Mount, or a visit to Mousehole or occassionally brave the craziness of St Ives.

On 24th May 1999, Darren took over The Old Inn - and what a journey it has been ever since.

Over the years, Darren has shaped the pub into the warm, welcoming and award-winning place it is today, supporting the local community through countless events, fundraisers, celebrations and busy summers along the way.

From locals at the bar, to walkers off the moors, cyclists from the Camel Trail and visitors from far and wide - so many people have memories made here thanks to Darren’s hard work and dedication over the years.

Here’s to all the laughs, long days, busy services, friendships and memories… and to many more to come 🍻
