This glorious duplex apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, roof terrace, kitchen, very big lounge, and views down the promenade and over the south downs. En-suite shower room to principal main bedroom, plus a family bathroom. A glorious triple aspect open plan sitting room with views along Bognor Regis sea front, and up over the south downs. Personal roof terrace with luxury table and chairs

to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a glass of wine of two. On arrival you will be met outside and taken to the apartment and given a key. Were you can ask any questions you like on where to eat, places to go and visit, best fish and chips, The best fish and chips are just over the road on the pier. They also do the best ice cream. There is a lot to do in Bognor Regis with the pier right outside the front of the Royal. Crazy golf less than a minute away, and Bognor Regis town centre just a few minutes walk with the very old picture drone cinema, restaurants, cafes, arcades, pubs, and of course the great beach. Cycling has become very popular over the last year here with many cycle routes around. And a great place to walk along the beach or longer walks around the beautiful south downs nation park. There are great places to visit like Arundel Castle ten minutes drive away. Goodwood horse races, and the very famous Goodwood motor circuit. Not forgetting Petworth house with lots of Turners pictures, Van Dyke, Michael Angelo art work. Chichester is just a 15 minute drive or short bus ride away with its very impressive cathedral dating back 1000 years, and the great wall that surrounds the city. Chichester theatre has some great shows on. The apartment has every thing you need to have a luxury stay from Egyptian cotton bed sheets on luxury king size beds, Egyptian very soft luxury bath towels, to free wfi, and Netflix, with a great 55 inc tele to watch it on if you just want to stay in at the apartment and relax. If your on a honeymoon or taking that special person in your life away for a night or two. Let us know when booking and for a extra £15 can have a bottle of bubbly and chocolates on ice waiting for you on arrival. Need a continental breakfast for your first morning stay? Just let us know.
