A little bit of a supplier shout out today. During lockdown, Granny Navigator started to get the Navigator House a treat box delivered every week. This continued for many years as they were (and still are) really good. So when we took over The Navigator Hotel in 2024 we onboarded Desserts Cakes as one of our suppliers. Fiona has produced us Brownies, Lemon Posset, Millionaire Slices and whole cakes, all of which are made locally, with care and quality.

If we do not support local businesses and suppliers then we lose talent and creativity as well as jobs.

What I am saying is, buy local where you can. Eat local where you can. Recommend to friends and family on family run businesses to stay when they ask.

(Putting a photo of brownies on Facebook at 630 in the morning is awfully naughty - but Mr Navigator is pretty naughty)

The Navigator Hotel can help! The Navigator Breakfast pictured come with all the food you can see and either a hot or cold drink for £9.95.

Want more? Then we have a bigger appetite or you can add black pudding or fried bread to any breakfast.

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10:45 and then our Sunday lunches kick off from Midday.

The Navigator Breakfast. A butchers sausage with 2 bacon, egg, beans, tomato and a hash brown. Served with toast and a choice of a hot drink or juice. All for under £10. Feeling you want more? We do a bigger appetite for a little more.

Here at The Navigator Hotel we like to serve good, honest home cooked food for a reasonable price with the best view in Bognor 365 days a year.

Walk-in is available if there is space so we do recommend booking especially at weekends.

Breakfast is served between 8am and 10:45am. Lunch is served from Midday and dinner is served from 5pm.

Well that was unexpected! 5pm last night, there is me (Mr Navigator) prowling shops in Southampton and Mrs Navigator out on a driving lesson with her eldest.

Get a phone call that Environmental Health are in.

Like every business you always do the right thing every day but getting that call always makes you panic a little.

Well I shouldn't. Team Navigator smashed it out the park with 5*****. It is what we expected and to get the recognition from the local authority is always good.

We maintain standards as high as we can on each and every shift. This gives you, our customers great confidence that we are doing the right thing to keep you safe.

Thanks to our amazing team, especially our fabulous chefs (Toni, Jo and Kathleen) for the high quality you put into every dish that comes out of our kitchen.

Wow what a night at bingo last night! Thanks for everyone for coming out and playing. Apologies for my dodgy bingo calling and the minor interruptions. Next Bingo will be 1st November.

Up next though is Live Music from 3way next Saturday at 7pm. John, who is a serving medic will bring his Aussie charm to The Navigator Hotel - good songs and vibes guaranteed.

The Navigator Hotel presents the return of our Dinner and Dance nights! Friday 6th November from 7pm and we are delighted to have Ask The Dog back as our band to help get you moving! This is a ticketed event and must be booked and paid for in advance at the bar or by contacting us via email or phone. We can't wait to see you all!! Tickets £35 per person.
