It’s Yorkshire Day! And another fantastic, beautiful sunny day here in North Yorkshire. Thank you to everyone who has visited us Waingates Farm Huts this year, we hope you’ve enjoyed your stay and made the most of exploring the surrounding area and Yorkshire… And thanks to all those who have come to pick our flowers Waingates Farm Flowers 🌸🌻🌼 we hope to be back next year with more blooms, maybe with a drop of rain to help them along! 💚

Our wildflowers are now ready for picking and there are LOADS! We are open this Saturday and on select days next week if you would like to come and choose your own bunch of flowers to take home. Please follow us and click on the link in the bio to find out more and book a visit.

Today we picked the very first flowers from our new crop of Wildflowers for our guests arriving this weekend. The recent warm sun and rain has really brought them on and we’re excited to see what else starts to come through over the next few days and weeks… 🌸🌿🌼

We’re a bit late to the party looking back to 2016, but that’s where it all began for in a soggy corner of an arable field. When we submitted our official planning application for six shepherds huts to be used as accommodation, we had to explain what this new idea of Glamping was, at the time a relatively new term and concept.. Hard to imagine now! Our little business has had its highs and lows, but in 2016 we were full of optimism and enthusiasm for the future 💚 (And looking ALOT younger!)
We are so grateful to all our guests that have stayed and all the people that have supported us a long the way. #2016
