Job vacancy.

I am looking for a reliable person to work flexibly between the hours of 4pm - 9pm on weekdays and at weekends (with some hours possibly worked outside of those times). Minimum of 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will check people into hotels and apartments situated in the Boston area. He / she must be sociable and able to communicate effectively with guests and deal with any general property management issues that may arise (including the enforcement of management rules such as no smoking policies and anti-social behaviour). He / she will also be required to assist with the checking of fire alarm systems at properties (along with another colleague) on each Friday. A car will be provided for work purposes, so the successful applicant must hold a valid driving licence. Full time position with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour (and with statutory annual holiday leave) is on offer. Be part of a great team of people.
