⭐ A Credit to Daish's Holidays ⭐
We love receiving feedback from our customers, but sometimes a message comes along that deserves to be shared.
Recently, one of our drivers, Richard, was travelling on an evening ferry crossing from the Isle of Wight to Portsmouth with an empty coach. During a delay on a particularly warm evening, Richard noticed passengers waiting in their vehicles and decided to do something thoughtful.
Taking cold drinks from his coach, he walked around offering refreshments to anyone who wanted one. A simple act of kindness that made a real difference to those waiting in the heat.
One of the customers who contacted us said:
"I thought this was incredibly kind, and not something that you very often see or experience these days. Simple, honest thoughtfulness and kindness."
She also commented on the pride Richard takes in his coach, overhearing him speak about the importance of keeping it clean and well-presented – something that reflects the high standards we strive for across our fleet.
