A beautiful, spacious two double bedroom seaside apartment situated within a Victorian property in the heart of Alum Chine, Bournemouth.

Our unique boutique property combines beautiful period features with a contemporary mid-century modern aesthetic. Our apartment is a 6min walk to Blue Flag beaches of Alum Chine and Branksome Dene and 30min walk to the centre of Bournemouth.

Great way to start 2024, love every minute of hosting people from all over the world and celebrating the very best that Dorset has to offer. This wonderful beach is just 6 minutes from the apartment so how can you resist. July is all booked up but we still have some space for August.

You can walk directly from our Airbnb along the seafront, over on the chain ferry and round the coastline all the way to Swanage. 13miles of spectacular views from start to finish.
We still have some availability in the Easter holidays so why not book a few days away and take in some of this.

The was part of festival 2022. How lucky are we here in Bournemouth to have such fabulous arts events held right here in the town centre….. not just a beach resort anymore….

Only a 20minute drive from our apartment are the wonderful bike trails at Moors Valley country park. These trails are fairly flat and various lengths and difficulty value so there's something for all the family. A great day out all year round and definitely great in autumn.
