What a season! We are absolutely buzzing for AFC Bournemouth after they secured a historic 6th place finish in the Premier League. For the first time ever, European football is coming to Bournemouth - get ready for the UEFA Europa League! 🍒

As if that wasn’t brilliant enough, Vitality Stadium has also just been granted planning permission for its major redevelopment, meaning a larger capacity and an even better atmosphere right here in Kings Park.

We can’t wait to welcome fans from all over Europe to our coastline next season. A massive congratulations to the players, staff, and all the fans from everyone here at Love Bournemouth!

Summer is officially on the horizon! ☀️🏖️

We are thrilled to welcome our amazing RNLI Lifeguards back to more of our award-winning beaches! From this Saturday, 23 May, daily patrols (10am – 6pm) will expand to include Branksome, Alum Chine, Durley Chine, Boscombe West, Fisherman's Walk, and Southbourne.

This means even more spots where you can relax, build sandcastles, and hit the water with total peace of mind. 🌊

A quick reminder from the experts for a safe and happy beach day:

👀 Always swim between the red and yellow flags.
🥶 The water is still a bit chilly, so be prepared if you're planning water sports!
📱 Always carry a reliable means of calling for help if you are heading out on the water.
💬 Don't hesitate to chat with the lifeguards about tide times and local conditions.

Across the whole of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, the destination is celebrating a combined total of 15 Awards - 6 international Blue Flags and 9 Seaside Awards!
