British Cycling's "Bmth, Xch & Poole Health & Leisure Rides" Community Group has now started it's 2026 programme of free guided rides in and around Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Run by volunteers, the rides are slow paced and mostly off-road ideal for building up your confidence and fitness. Cyclists of all abilities are welcome. No one is left behind and no Lycra is required. More rides will be added from time - sometimes at short notice to take advantage of nice weather.
