Our latest focus has been the garden — adding new screening for extra privacy, fresh planting, soft lighting, and a new little spot to sit with your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

New rug upgrade = completed ✅

We’ve just swapped in two fresh rugs at the cottage and honestly… it’s changed the whole vibe. Soft, cosy, and properly plush underfoot — the kind of rug that makes you walk an extra lap just because it feels nice.

One’s got a green border for a little country charm, the other a grey border for that clean, calm look — and both are basically “shoes off, sigh of relief” energy.

If you stay with us, fair warning: you may find yourself standing in the middle of the room whispering “this is… so soft.” 😅
