😀Community 😀 ..... You know the Harvey family is always involved in community projects, well we are in the depths of a big one currently. Even though my (Alison's) 2 boys have long time left Hennock primary school, I am still very much involved at the school. Over the years we have been busy raising money to start a big outdoor renovation, to keep numbers at school and attract new families to our village. Finally we have started the project and are telling the story of the journey as it unfolds.

The best part of staying at Stickwick?
Ask any child and they'll probably say animal feeding time.
Every morning our guests can join Farmer Richard and Alison to feed the donkeys, groom the donkeys, collect eggs from the chickens and ducks, cuddle rabbits and meet the goats. Of course you can meet turkey Bob as well.

Ask those questions about where food comes from. Visit Richards veggie patch and poly tunnel.
It's included in your stay and creates the kind of memories no theme park can match.

Guests can enjoy a delicious selection of locally reared meats, including sausages, bacon, and beef burgers and mince, Chunk pies – perfect for an easy supper or BBQ during your stay. We’ve also topped up on irresistible Langage ice cream, along with rich clotted cream, just waiting to be paired with scones for the ultimate Devon cream tea on arrival.

We are considering making your farm stay even more genuine, with fresh farm milk from Mount Boom Farm, just up the beautiful Teign Valley 🥛 let us know if you’d like us to find a way of adding whole pasteurised milk to our local food available for you to buy.

We’re proud to support Devon farmers and producers, bringing you the very best local flavours during your stay.
