Covid-19 corona virus update

To all our guests, past, future and present

As I am sure you are all aware we are currently living in unprecedented times, we have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but to the others in our community, our country as well as on this park. On advice from the park associations and the government we have made the gut wrenching decision to have to close the park.

The facilities on the park (toilets etc) are closed with immediate effect and the static caravan owners and seasonal tourers have until Friday 27/03/2020 to vacate their caravans. This could be brought forward if we receive orders from the government to close with immediate effect beforehand. We will not be accepting any new bookings for the touring field and those with existing bookings will be contacted shortly.

Only those named on your licence agreement should come to the park to close down your caravan. Strictly no visitors to attend. If you are unable to make it to the park before the deadline or are self isolating please let us know and we will do it for you.

Please know that this was not an easy decision to make and it is done with a very heavy heart. We will make it through this together and thank you all for your understanding at this very difficult time. We wish you all the best and hopefully we will be back as soon as possible. In the mean time look after yourselves, stay home and stay safe.

Welcome back!

We are due to open as usual on the 1st of March, however due to the continued adverse weather the grassed areas of the park are very waterlogged. If you are planning to come please bring appropriate footwear and bear in mind that the grassed areas are currently unsuitable for anything wheeled.

The touring field will also be open but the pitches will be limited to hard standing only. Please do not park or drive on the grass, it is deceptively soft and you will get stuck. If you are looking to return to one of the grass pitches please come and see us first before siting your van.

Lastly their is currently a static caravan parked on the top car park, unfortunately we have not being able to site this due to the current ground conditions, please park around it sensibly, without blocking anybody else in or make use of the bottom car park.
