We would like to say a huge thank you to the Shetland community for the incredible support shown during the launch of our new pizza menu.

The response has been truly overwhelming, and the positive feedback and kind comments from our customers have meant a great deal to the whole team. In particular, it has been very rewarding for our head chef to see such enthusiasm and appreciation for the hard work that went into creating the menu.

We would also like to apologise that, due to extreme weather conditions, we have not been able to receive our deliveries and are currently out of stock. Unfortunately this means our pizza service is temporarily unavailable. We will be sure to let you all know as soon as deliveries resume and we are able to offer pizzas again.

From **Friday 2nd January**, you can enjoy our freshly made pizzas **to sit in or take out**, every day from **5.30pm – 7.45pm**.

Choose from favourites like:
• **All the Meat** – tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, BBQ chicken & bacon
• **Margherita** – homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella & our own herb mix
• **Mediterranean Vegetables** – tomato sauce, mozzarella, courgette, peppers & aubergine
• **Roasted Cauliflower** – béchamel sauce, mozzarella & smoked bacon
• **Ham & Pineapple** – tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham & pineapple

About the Role
This is a 30-hour per week position with responsibilities including:
🍳 Weekend Breakfast Service
– Preparing and cooking breakfast to a high standard
🍽 Lunch & Dinner Services
– Delivering lunch/dinner services during the week
– Working across both the Northern Lights Bar - Lounge and the Restaurant
You will play an important part in maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and hygiene.
