Woodlark is our smallest cottage and a gorgeous little bolt hole. It has two bedrooms, bathroom and open plan full kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Woodlark has good availability in June and still some in the summer hols!

There’s bird boxes, then there’s Little Comfy bird boxes. Hand crafted from reclaimed solid wood, each designed for a target species and installed in a carefully chosen location to perfectly suit. We know redstart use this secluded corner of the farm, so under Bruce the Bull’s generally disinterested gaze we put up some boxes this weekend. Fingers crossed for some beautiful turquoise blue eggs this spring!

Look what we discovered!! I'd love to leave the description there to see the response, but I'm not sure that would be a very honest thing to do! If you've stayed at Little Comfort Farm you'll know that Jeremy loves taking our guests on safari. In January we were lucky enough to head back to Tasmania, where Jeremy grew up honing his skills tracking wildlife (his Mum tells some great stories, of delight and otherwise...!). He came up trumps this visit and I couldn't resist sharing this video. What a privilege to see this beautiful wild animal up close - a very rare sight!
