The Bedrooms at Ash Barton Estate
After a fabulous day of celebrations, a night of dancing or some serious fun in the games barn, it’s nice to know you’re only a few steps away from a comfy bed with crisp cotton linen, all of which is included. With 12/13 bedrooms, Ash Barton is big enough to sleep 46 guests comfortably, and most of the bedrooms can be arranged as doubles, twins or with bunks. There are also 3 cots that can be moved where needed.

There are ten bathrooms, all with showers and some with baths too, we provide all the bath and hand towels and hand soap too.

Wedding Ceremony Locations at The Ash Barton Estate.

Where you get married at Ash Barton is completely up to you. You can have your civil wedding ceremony in the courtyard, in the old chapel or in the big barn. Or you can even have your ceremony under the oak tree overlooking the lake and surrounded by an abundance of wildflowers. All our wedding ceremony locations are fully licensed.

If you choose a location for your wedding but want to change your mind at the last minute – you can. Unlike other wedding ceremony venues, we’re completely flexible. So if you love the North Devon scenery and want to get married outside, there’s no need to worry about the weather. If the heavens open ten minutes before the ceremony is due to begin, we can quickly move the wedding to another location that’s undercover. No problem.

Is there anything prettier and more romantic than a wildflower wedding? If you love the thought of saying your vows in the middle of a meadow surrounded by the sweet scent of spring flowers, a riot of colour and a kaleidoscope of butterflies, Ash Barton is the place for you.

A wildflower wedding is the perfect choice if you love the great outdoors, or you want a wedding that’s a bit quirky, or a bit different and completely personal to you and your partner. You can even pick wildflowers on the morning of your wedding to create your bouquet and buttonholes.
