We're sorry and surprised to read the news about Brean Theme Park, but we wanted to reassure you that it has no effect on Unity Beach, Brean Splash, Brean Play and Brean Gym.

While Brean Theme Park leases land from Unity Holidays, it is not a business we own. The theme park is its own business.

We continue to operate as normal, and Brean Play, Brean Splash and Brean Gym will re-open as planned for the 2026 season - all with many improvements and enhancements as part of our ongoing investment in our Unity Beach resort.

When you upgrade and let with Unity, you could pay no site fees until 2030*, giving you more value from every stay and the opportunity to enjoy upgraded features, added comfort and greater flexibility.

Not looking to let? You could still upgrade and pay no site fees until 2027*.

From Silver, Gold and Platinum upgrades to added extras included across selected models, upgrading could give you more choice, more comfort and more from your ownership.
