The most stunning rainbow 🌈 over the farm this evening as I do my nightly routine of closing the pool.

I think this is one of the biggest and brightest rainbows I've seen, it then turned into a double 🌈

Oak is my favourite - there I've said it! 🥰

I can't figure out why- I just love it in there- feels homely, cosy and warm.

This half term my girls were VERY lucky 🍀

They are completely pony mad, but have a mean mummy (one who definitely doesn't have time for ponies anyway! 😂).

Our good friends and their two girls came to stay and brought their two ponies, Miss Ellie and Poppy, with them.

The ponies didn't stay in the new horse paddock as it still had a bit too much grass in it (the sheep are helping with that! 🐑), but we trialled some little hacks and enjoyed early morning rides and walks around the farm before it got too hot 🔥.

It was a huge success!!

The girls are so grateful to our friends and their children for sharing their ponies for the week.

Horses on holiday are definitely a win!

Absolutely chuffed to bits that we are now FULLY BOOKED 🎉 for Hay Festival 2027!!

So grateful to everyone that has stayed this week and who has rebooked. All 7 cottages are booked up (with I think a couple of days available in Chestnut). So thank you very much 😊

Living in Wales is so much more than enjoying the rain ☔ we get to do cool things like jump off waterfalls!!

We had an amazing experience with Ali from walking in the gorge at Dina's Rock.

Was the water cold? 5°c was a shock to the system but the wet suits kept us warm for over 2 hours! It was exhilarating to say the least! ❄️

This experience is booked directly and the meeting point is 50 minutes from the cottages. The perfect memory making activity and great for bigger groups as well.

Will you be adding this to your bucket list? I want to go again!
