🏕Bell tent up, and finishing touches being added🏕
Well at last it seems we can announce, that from 17th May 2021 we, along with other shared facility sites, can open. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
No further details as yet re social distancing requirements, or any other measures, so it may well be we run on the same lines as least year, with ‘social bubbles’ etiquette for the amenity block.

Due to the worsening position in relation to Covid 19, we have decided to close the Campsite early this year. Our last night is now Sunday 4th October 2020.
We have taken this decision to protect you as customers, the local community, and ourselves.
Apologies to those who have booked for later dates in October, we have today issued full refunds and emailed you individually to apologise for any inconvenience.
May we take this opportunity to thank everyone who has stayed with us this season.
Here’s hoping next year we will be back to some sort of normallity, and we can welcome you back.

Sad to report that we had to ask a couple to leave the site today, the first time in 3 years. The male of the party would not comply with any Covid rules, and became violent and aggressive, (to the point where the police were called), when asked to do so. His attitude was “Covid is just the flu, get over it” a little surprising given his partner said she was a junior doctor!?
They then kindly left their rubbish hidden in the hedgerow.
Fortunately the whole episode was captured on CCTV.
We don’t have many rules, but the rules that protect us, our customers and the wider community during these times MUST be adhered to.

In anticipation of a relaxation of the lockdown rules by the Welsh Govt., we have decided to start taking bookings from 31/7/2020.
There are a few unavoidable changes which we would ask everyone to note, and where applicable comply with please. Apologies if this causes anyone any inconvenience.

At this time these changes are just for the remainder of this season.

1. Booking in is now strictly after 2pm.
2. Booking out strictly by 11am.
3. No persons under 18 years, so sorry NO children
4. Max 1 dog per pitch.
5. No groups.
6. Restricted numbers in amenity block at any one time.
7. Minimum stay 2 nights, payable in advance.
8. We are also limiting the number of pitches available.

There will be notices regarding Social distancing, and sanitising stations available, the amenity block opening closing times may vary to allow further cleaning to be carried out.

In the event that the restrictions are not lifted, any monies paid will be refunded in full.

We hope that we will have done what we can to make your stay safe for both yourselves, and us.
