Tyn Y Cae Tyn y Cae provides high quality self-catering holiday accommodation for groups of up to 21 people in The grounds include grassed garden and wooded area.

A refurbished Victorian house within outstanding grounds located in an established tourism location. Tyn y Cae is perfect for family get-aways, large group accommodation, team building opportunities, cycling and walking holidays - and more! The property sleeps 21 comfortably across 9 bedrooms with a variety of types of bedroom. We can be flexible on numbers as extra beds can be put up in some room

s. There are two living rooms, both with a wood burning stove (logs provided), two kitchens and a large dining room. There is a downstairs toilet and utility room and the property is set within 2.5 acres of grounds. There is a fire pit, bbq area and stone table. A pool table and table tennis table are located in an outside barn by the kitchen. Secure bike storage and bike wash facilities are provided. The area is a popular tourism destination with an abundance of walks (low and high level), cycle routes, nature reserves, Llangorse Lake (water recreation) nearby and miles of promoted routes for mountain biking. The canal is a short walk away and there are a number of pretty villages and lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. The town of Brecon is a few miles away, with other towns (Hay on Wye, Crickhowell, Talgarth etc) located within 20 minutes drive. www.tynycae.co.uk

Well, remember we said we were expanding Tyn y Cae! It’s finally complete and we welcomed our first guests to Tyn y Cae 31 today! See below for some provisional photos - more to come and to be added to the website soon.
The barn has 4 bedrooms (1 family, 2 double and 1 twin room) and 3 bathrooms. There is a large (30ft) open plan kitchen/social space which opens directly onto a secure courtyard garden - great for children and dogs! You will have exclusive use of the property with no nearby neighbours!
You can also still book the main house with exclusive use for 21 people if needed, as the barn will not be let out separately from the main house.

Exciting News!!
From next March, Tyn y Cae will be available to book for 31 people!!
We are currently updating a barn and connecting it to the main house so that you can bring 10 extra friends or family members with you! This extra wing will have 4 bedrooms (1 family, 2 double and 1 twin room) and 3 bathrooms. There will also be a large (30ft) open plan kitchen/social space which opens directly onto a secure courtyard garden - great for children and dogs! You will have exclusive use of the property with no nearby neighbours!
But don’t panic, you can still book with exclusive use for 21 people.

Availability calendar for 31 people will be released shortly but in the meantime please get in touch for more information or to book.
