The Dartmoor Beer and Bacon Fell Run

From the Wilds of Dartmoor comes a new event combining
the very best of the Devon countryside – food, fine ales and

On return to the hotel campsite runners will have the use of the
campsite facilities and then, because running is thirsty and hungry
work everyone can get stuck in to the local beer, cider, wine and a
range of soft drinks at the Beer Temple bar and feast on the fantastic
selection of BBQ specialities from the boys at Good Game. Then it’s
time to sit back, relax on a straw bale and listen, or if you have the

The Good Game, based in Topsham, use traditional simple methods to make the best tasting game
and cured meat and look to the Italians for inspiration and more natural methods. The Beer Temple, based in Exeter, was set up in 2014 and has had several successful events
around the region. Suppliers include Hunter’s Brewery, Teignworthy Brewery, Isca Ales, Halons
Brewery, The Exeter Brewery Ltd, Exe Valley Brewery.
