Well - I’ve done a thing!! Having pondered over the caravan which has slowly deteriorated over the years, as has my DIY decking, tub etc, I have finally taken the plunge and replaced her!! She’s still in the field if anyone would like to rent her at a cheap rate, but in her place welcome Woodbox!!! A vintage Bedford horsebox, (in my eyes only I suspect she is a thing of beauty at present) but keep an eye on the page for her glow up!!! Gosh it was a struggle to get her on site, with the aid of Robert and Phil, my trusty side kicks who didn’t tell me until afterwards that they thought I was barking mad, but she’s there!!! Now for the fun bit. Will update as we go along. Love Lou xx

I was very lucky to have a very rare pamper afternoon today at the incredible new local spa at Old Rectory House Somerset. SUCH a huge asset to Somerset - opening mid May. Run by the most lovely couple and so luxurious. Will be recommending it to all our guests at Treebox and The lost caravan. Will post once their bookings are open!

Just some of the amazing fungi I saw on my walk last weekend. We have just one midweek break left in October in the lost caravan 10-13th October if anyone fancies it. What better than amazing walking and a log fired hot tub to come home to!
