We’re looking for our next Food & Beverage Manager at ibis Bridgwater! ❤️

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who loves looking after guests, leading a team and getting stuck into the day-to-day operation.

We’re looking for someone who is customer focused, reliable and team orientated, with the ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy. You’ll be leading our restaurant and bar team, maintaining great standards and helping us continue to grow our F&B business.

💷 £30,000–£35,000 per annum
⭐ Up to 5% performance-related bonus

Ideally, you’ll have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar F&B management role, preferably within hospitality.

Earlier this year, we we’re proud to have been awarded the Green Key certification, recognising our ongoing efforts to operate more sustainably.

From sourcing local ingredients that reduce transport emissions and support nearby businesses to using energy-efficient LED lighting that cuts energy use by up to 75%, we’re always looking for ways to lower our environmental impact.

Our commitment also extends to our community, partnering with local colleges to support students and apprentices and working closely with charities through events and raffle prizes to make a positive difference where it matters most.

We honestly can’t believe how quickly the time has gone. What started as a dream has grown into something truly special, and that’s all thanks to our amazing supporters, loyal guests, and dedicated team.
