This recent conversion of the old farm stable block has created three lovely 2 bedroom cottages set around the stone court yard. Everything has either been newly built or fully refurbished by local builders to an excellent quality. The cottages are powered by renewable solar energy which keeps t

hem cosy via the underfloor heating system installed and powered via an A rated electric boiler system and the floors are fully tiled throughout. The largest of the 3 cottages is wheelchair accessible and includes a fully accessible wet room. 2022 will also see the availability of the original Farmhouse which offers accommodation for up to 6 people. Located just less than 1 mile from Wilsthorpe beach, which is a lovely walk along the farm road. Bridlington Town centre is 2 miles down the road or 1 mile to the Park and Ride where you can park up and catch the land train down to the Harbour. A great base from which to discover all the Yorkshire wolds and East Coast of Yorkshire has to offer. Close by are Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Burton Agnes Hall, RSPB Bempton Cliffs, The Bayle Museum, Flamborough Head & Lighthouse, Fraisthorpe and Danes Dyke Beaches and The Harbour Heritage Museum. A short Drive takes you to Hornsea, Scarborough, Filey and Whitby. You will need more than a week to fit it all in.
