At wishbone we pride ourselves on not just providing a well equipped holiday home and a cosy atmosphere but a clean one as well and we work hard with our cleaners to maintain a good strong standard of clean.

We stress to guests should there be any issues to advise us straight away and we will get onto it.

So its really is disappointing when guests leave low scores, for reasons they have not reached out on during their stay, marking things down like location ,we r a 5 min walk to everything, the street is so quite and at the end of the road is lidl, Tesco, b&m and cooplands or even worse cleanliness without stating what the issue was or letting us know when they found anything wrong.

Please know , when you score your stay it really does matter to us and affects us as a business

If you stay someone and find any issues ,always notify the host and see how they resolve and then consider how you score. We are all only human at the end of the day.

I know we are blessed to have some truly unbelievable guests who love their stay, leave the house as they found it and always remember the bins, we can't get weighed down by the few, but its hard not to take personal when you invest so much.

When you go away, what is your most wanted/hoped for 5 things to be at your holiday house either when you arrive / or overall........

Hot tub not allowed lol I'd love to have one but the overheads to run and maintain would be make us far to costly

Me and mini helpers have been at Wishbone getting it season ready !!!

Today we walked less than 10 mins to the sea front, enjoyed the arcades and ate some yummy chips and the sun was sooooo warm.

To add to that our garden is a proper sun trap haven and a perfect place to sit and relax with a cold tipple of whatever you prefer

So, to share our happiness for the warm, sunnier, longer days, we are offering last minute discounts on available dates 🥰

We have a strong 9.6 rating on booking.com and our location is absolutely perfect for a seaside get away!! Not to mention our home away from home spacious house!!

Well the Christmassy feel has fully arrived at Wishbone House !!!!

Even left some craft and goodies for the small humans of our next guests

We are booked for most of December however we do have some dates still free if you are wanting a last minute Christmas get away
