Our Seaside Retreat is a chic private 2-bed single-floor annexe located on the South coast of East Sussex. It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, full kitchen with oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. entre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

🏠The Space

A newly renovated single-floor annexe, with a large lounge/dining space that features an L-shaped sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults (140x195cm), a full size wardrobe hanging space and 55” smart TV. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with a full-size oven, 4-ring induction hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The south-facing bedroom has a European king-size bed (150x190cm) with bedside tables, cosy lighting and a comfortable mattress. A terrazzo-effect tiled small bathroom rounds up the facilities, with a powerful enclosed shower, a ring-illuminated make-up mirror, a toilet and a small basin.

🏠The Neighbourhood

Our annexe is situated in the quiet village of Saltdean, near Brighton. It is a 15 minute drive from Brighton, so you are very close to town without the noise from hen doos, lads parties and hectic seaside goers. Our seaside village is a progressive and friendly community with a large oval recreational park at its centre that's just a short 2min walk away. The park features a kid's playground, a large open green space to walk and play in, and 5 public shared tennis courts. The annexe is a 5mins walk away from the coastal beach where you can swim in the sea, visit the beachfront Whitecliffs cafe or take a dip in the famous outdoor Artdeco Saltdean Lido, with its heated 43x20m swimming pool and kids paddling pool. Nearby shops are a 1 minute walk around the corner where you will find a local Co-op food shop, a pharmacy, a post office, hairdressers, fish and chip shop, and Indian and Domino’s pizza takeaways. There is also a great brunch cafe and a mouth-watering Italian restaurant to help your stay be relaxed and catered for.
