I always like to try one new thing a week but had loads recently! slow cooked spicy beef, ginger beef and broccoli with egg friend rice, good living coconut beef curry, seafood paella and giant arancini. Made popquorn from book for our groups tasters and satisfied my sweet tooth with a syn free pancake with strawberries and yogurt.

3 new things this week - , And . Tonight made jacket potatoes in many different ways for all the family - twice baked for me!

Went to group on Thursday and still in target (top end though!) - determined to have a bit of mindful eating this weeken...

Went to group on Thursday and still in target (top end though!) - determined to have a bit of mindful eating this weekend being away in Wales with family.
Friday -Prepped veg and cheese egg muffins for the journey and a smoked salmon salad for lunch on arrival. made a dinner of chicken with tomato and veg in the slow cooker.
Saturday- went out for lunch and had a steak and chicken combo with rice and salad and made omelette and sw chips for the whole family for dinner.
Desserts were mixed fruit and yogurt.

Have to get prepared at the weekend - made chicken vegetable pasta soup for my work dinners, easy stir fry for lunches for 2 days and tonight had Lemon chicken with sushi rice. Used my microwave pot to make smoked salmon, scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatoes for brunch too. Afternoon with the family and wasn't even tempted by the treats they bought round, used my leftover syns for popcorn and coconut mini meringues. Just made meal plan for next 2 weeks - wild!

So fab to still be able to find new things to try no matter how long you have been following . Absolutely loved chicken tikka masala, .co pasty and pizza plus banana bread with chocolate chips. Plus testing out a different soup every week at the moment for lunches!

Was away seeing family last weekend - ensured I was fully prepared and planned - making the chicken risotto and baked vegetable risotto for them all, a family favourite spag bol and lots of omelettes! Meals sorted for the return too as it was straight back into work.
