Hello and welcome to our Instagram, we’re so excited that you’re here!

Salt & Sands Properties is a brand new property investment & short term rental company currently focusing on holiday rentals in the Brighton & Hove area.

Our overall plan for the next few years is to begin venturing out to other seaside towns in the UK and eventually heading in-land to other well known places throughout England. Who knows, maybe one day we’ll even venture further afield but for now, we’re keeping things fairly local.

Our aim is to provide safe, comfortable and luxury homes for you to stay in whilst visiting these gorgeous spots in the UK.

We can’t wait to show you the properties we’re working on but for now, we just wanted to say hello and to stay tuned for updates!
